Returns and Exchange

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only if the product found damaged or defective.

 

If the product you have ordered is damaged, please inform us within 2 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at varunicouturehyd@gmail.com with order number, full name, address and images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 24 hours and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product.

Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping, when the corrected product is delivered to you.

VaruniCouture.com reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used.

Please note: All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return.
